Who am I ?

I'm a former professional football player and current fitness personality.  I found my niche back in March 2020 when I turned to social media to share my unique methods to building strength and staying fit. Im, mostly known for my calisthenics and creative ab workouts, which my fellow peers crowned me the nickname "That Ab Guy".
